 I’ve been responsible for hull production design of 100,500DWT shuttle tanker built by Nantong COSCO. I’m familiar with AVEVA/Tribon: Planar Hull, Drafting, Plate Nesting, Assembly, and Design Management. My main work has included production design and finding solutions to site technical problem, e.g.B18, CD01PS, D11PS, D16PS, L13PS, S17PS, H05PS, E01U51PS, involved with the areas of double bottom, side hull, deck, bow and stern, superstructure etc, e.g. block structure drawing, parts list, steel material list, block cutting drawing, nesting.負責某大型穿梭油輪100,500DWT化學品船的船體設計。熟悉AVEVA/Tribon:Planar Hull、Drafting、Plate Nesting、Assembly、Design Manager 等船體結構設計模塊進行化學品船各區域建模、出圖設計。例如：B18C, D01PS、L13PS、S17PS、H05PS、E01,U51PS等各個區域分段的生產設計，涉及圖紙內容包括：焊接工藝、結構節點、完工測量、劃線、型材加工圖、套料及板材加工圖、型（鋼）材清單、零件明細表。主要工作就是全面負責船體生產技術（結構生產設計）和解決現場的一些有關施工工藝問題任務。
 I have been responsible for check and approve of block division of 57,000DWT bulk carrier.替船廠負責審核5，7000DWT多用途貨船結構圖紙：
 1) make and modification of drawing pattern and format, technology standard;
 制定施工技術標準，施工圖紙設計、修改,解決了下述技術問題：
 2)project management, including design employee evaluation and bonus distribution;項目管理，包括考核及獎金系數分配。
 3)to draw up drawing list and schedule as per production schedule, dock schedule and delivery and make adjustment according to the real shipbuilding to assure the project successfully carried on;按生產主線表、出塢及設備納期等比照設計出圖計劃及實行過程中可能出現的各種問題或影響并及時調整，保證項目順利實行。
 4)to give timely respond and feedback to the technical problems forwarded by owner and surveyors and organize people to fill in modification form and inform owner and surveyors to give confirmation;
 對船東、船檢提出的一些技術問題及時、合理組織、安排制作技術修改通知單以便簽字認可。
 5)to make sure modification forms to be filled timely and reasonably, collect modified problems monthly to give a summary in order to avoid the problems happed, that for site problem solved.加強修改單及時登記，提供工時定額及完工歸檔、遴選同樣問題避免修改后的反復出現，就是為了解決現場問題。
2011.11- PaxOcean Engineering Co,.Ltd, Structure Engineer, Project manager for 80M Dock Gate new building and Nieland SBP-600Ton Hydraulic Press installation, drilling platform repaired for C123, incling experiment caculation for R5018, R5013，R5016 repaired etc.. During this time I also following up professionals come from Singarepore in Ocean Engineering. 
 太平洋海洋工程有限公司（新加坡郭兄弟集團獨資），在公司項目副總直接領導下擔任項目經理。全面負責81米的船塢塢門新造項目：生產、質量、成本控制、技術、采購物資、安全等工作；負責SBP-6000DWT荷蘭大型進口液壓機設備調試、安裝新項目從項目初期定貨直至收貨安裝完畢，另外還有Driling-C123鉆井平臺的生活區模塊的建造。還負責了R5013、R5016，R5019， 30萬-40萬噸級修船項目，還有R5018，57，000DWT散貨船傾斜試驗等。

具備豐富的造船理論和船舶海洋結構工程實踐經驗，有工程師職稱。
2)Over 12-years experienced professional: site construction and technique in shipyard for years and practical working experience involved with structure production design of cargo vessel, chemical tanker, oil tanker and engineering vessel Drilling Plateform; 
12年以上本專業經驗：多年船廠施工工藝技術、項目管理經驗，各型船、化學品船及工程船，特別是近2-3年以來在海洋工程石油鉆井平臺領域從事的工程項目管理實踐應驗。
 3)Computer software and class rules ,such as BV，ABS、DNV CORES，I am good at OFFICE, AUTOCAD and, AVEVA and TribonM3 of 3D software , additional to HD-SHM-2006-hull construction system-structure production design familiar with Korean shipbuilding and steel structure work and international general structure rules of oil tanker and bulk carrier.
